Meet Érika Ramos

A speech therapist by training, Érika Ramos has been studying Jin Shin Jyutsu for 20 years, having taken over 70 courses in Brazil and abroad.

What are the course objectives?

     In this Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Group "Practices for Digestive System Harmonization - physical, mental and emotional balance" we will address the basic philosophical principles of the art, and practice flows of Jin Shin Jyutsu that can bring harmony to the digestive system, minimizing dysfunction, pain and discomfort in the gastrointestinal system.
   In addition, we will address aspects of digestion of thoughts and feelings, alleviating mental and emotional stress.
    These guided self help guided practice classes aim to stimulate the practice and  autonomy of the students.

For a long time I struggled between taking medicines and teas (which made me go to the bathroom often) to improve my sleep quality.
