Are you aware of all the different parts of your body involved in shielding and guarding your immune systems? Everything from specialized cellular systems to your eyelashes?
And how we receive and respond to external events, does this also influence our health?

Let's discuss all of this together, and learn that with only a few touches it is possible to balance and strengthen our immune system against the many external factors that can cause us to become ill.

 We will utilize many Self-Help practices to stimulate our Immune System Energy Centers to help protect not just our physical body, but all of our energetic bodies.

Meet Érika Ramos

   A speech therapist by training, Érika Ramos has been studying Jin Shin Jyutsu for 20 years, having taken over 70 courses in Brazil and abroad.

- Practitioner and Self-Help Instructor authorized by Jin Shin Jyutsu, Inc Scottsdale, Arizona - USA;
- Advisor to the Study Group of Jin Shin Jyutsu/São Paulo;

- Coordinator of the Jin Shin Jyutsu modality in the Integrative Care Unit  of the Syrian Lebanese Hospital;

-Teacher of the post-graduate course in Integrative Care at Hospital Sírio Libanês;

-Guest lecturer of the post-graduate course in Integrative Care at UNIFESP;

- Advisor to the practice group for frontline professionals at COVID of the University Hospital of USP and UNIFESP.

What are the self-help group objectives?

   The stress of everyday life weakens and disrupts our immune system, leaving us at the mercy of various types of diseases. A strong immune system guarantees a healthier life and this is our goal, strengthening this fundamental system for maintaining Health and Happiness.

    In this group we will utilize Jin Shin Jyutsu practices that target the strengthening of our immune system, enabling us to face the adversities of everyday life.

   Each session aims to stimulate the practice and autonomy of students even after the classes are over.

Good morning !! Moving on to give feedback on practices ... I keep doing video 3 and the feeling of discomfort in my chest is gone, I kept the SEL 11 and 12 for a few days as you suggested, it worked !! Thank you I realize that I am more and more serene in my emotions and in my relationships with others! Perceptions of what is really important and relevant become increasingly clear ... I'm doing the flow to the arms too, I've been feeling a discomfort in my left shoulder that sometimes goes down a muscle pain in front ... I also felt that the pain has decreased a lot !! Conclusion- the more we release tensions and the weight of the body by touching locks that release the flow of energy, we do feel milllllll times better with our matter and with our mind, expansion of consciousness and my state of being for the better to live !! ☀️😃🌸😊🧚🏼‍♀️ Always very grateful to be able to learn a little more with everything you know and share. For a long time I struggled between taking medicines and teas (which made me go to the bathroom often) to improve my sleep quality. As I was receiving sessions from Erika and studying JSJ, I decided to dedicate myself to this. Well, I apply the Main Central flow to myself for years, and I regret every night that I don't do it. I have to do it, my head stops, my sleep is wonderful, and my body restores itself from the day. When I had COVID, I used the mediator, supervisor, and the SEL 18. It was very important, I had peace of mind, I was able to sleep, plus I would wake up invigorated. I have been practicing these and other flows and safety energy locks to sleep for over 10 years. I was very agitated and anxious, and as I was loking forward on having a calmer life, sleeping well makes all the difference, even more when we get older. I'm happy that I don't need medicines to have a restful and relaxed sleep.
