What is this class all about?

This will be our discussion and exploration together. We will discover, with only a few touches and The Breath balance of our body, mind and spirit.

Meet Kelly Mount

 
Kelly Mount is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Louisville, KY and she has been a Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner for 14 years. Kelly is a certified JSJ Animal Practitioner and recently became an endorsed teacher for Adele Leas and JSJ For Your Animal Companions. She is an authorized Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Instructor and teaches regularly. Including a ongoing weekly Self Help Class for Gilda’s Club.

Our true home is in the present moment. The miracle is not to walk on water.
